Capacity Building Programme (earstwhile Personality Development Programme)
The capacity Building Programmes are conducted with a view to develop the ability of individuals to make and implement decisions and perform functions in an effective, efficient and sustainable manner. The capacity building refers to the process of changing attitudes and behaviours-imparting knowledge and developing skills while maximizing the benefits of participation, knowledge exchange and ownership to boost the overall organizational performance and functioning capabilities, as well as the ability to adapt to change. These programmes are conducted for a duration of 05 days full time. The managements / trade unions can nominate the participants for the programme.
Aim of the programme:
Developing positive attitude, self development and second line leadership.
Creating awareness among the participants about the latest developments in industrial scenario.
Developing the personality of a person in various aspects viz. Social / psychological / behavioural etc.
Inculcating a sense of responsibility and make them realize their duties.
