The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has implemented the revised CGHS Rates 2025 with effect from 13 October 2025. From this date, all new patient registrations will be processed exclusively through the Transaction Management System 2.0. No new cases or pre authorization requests will be accepted in TMS 1.0 after the effective date. Detailed transition guidelines have also been issued to ensure seamless treatment, billing, and uninterrupted healthcare services for CGHS beneficiaries during the migration to the new system.
